Q. Will you install any scripts for me or my clients?

A. ResellerGeeks will install scripts for you and your clients in these limited cases:

- If Fantastico or any other script installation program installed and supported by ResellerGeeks is currently not working, we will install the script.
- If you have ordered a script such as ClientExec billing system from us and have paid for installation.
- If you make special arrangements with our sales department to have a script installed.

Server outage

Whew! As many of you know, we had an attempted server hack that required the server to be rebuilt and reconfigured. No data was lost nor compromised, but the server was out of commission for a few days. The account manager of the hacker has been notified and action taken. We regret very much the inconvenience to our customers. If there is anything we can do to be of help with your system, let us know.
Increasing hard drive size

We are adding new drives next week that will increase by about 10 times the storage available.
